The SDAR International Real Estate Collaborative (IREC) held its 2nd caravan to Baja on October 18, 2017. 40 REALTORS® and their clients toured four developments in Playas de Tijuana and Rosarito. From moderate priced condos to luxury custom condos to single family residences, the tours provided REALTORS with a range of properties available for the various types of clients they serve.
The goal of the tours is to provide REALTORS with information about buying property in Mexico such as processes and how to finance a mortgage. REALTORS were shown how far the the dollar can go in Mexico as well as how similar the lifestyle is to San Diego.
As one of the attendees stated, "It was an excellent trip and experience! Extremely well organized and executed. This is the best way to expand our horizons and learn about properties just across the border."
