HUTCHINSON

Gov Hutchinson is Assistant General Counsel/Vice President of the California Association of REALTORS®. Hutchinson has been with C.A.R. since 1985 and manages C.A.R.’s Member Legal Services Program in Los Angeles. He advises REALTORS® through the "Hotline" on all aspects of real estate law and he trains and supervises other "Hotline" attorneys. He regularly speaks to Associations/Boards of REALTORS®, affiliated trade associations, city and county bar associations and major real estate firms.

LEVINE

Jordan Levine is the Vice President & Chief Economist at the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.), a statewide trade organization of real estate professionals with more than 200,000 members. Jordan is responsible for C.A.R.’s housing market and economic research as well as the policy analysis for C.A.R.’s legislative and governmental affairs efforts.

MUCHOW

Lesley Muchow is the Deputy General Council for NAR and has been with them since May 2010. Lesley focuses her work on matters including the Americans with Disabilities Act, employment law, fair housing issues, NAR Constitution and Bylaws and general contract negotiation matters.

Sanjay Wagle is Director of Public Policy for the California Association of REALTORS® in Sacramento where he lobbies on behalf of the Association and supervises the work of C.A.R.’s policy staff. Prior to working with C.A.R. in its Government Affairs Division, he worked in C.A.R.’s Member Legal Department in Los Angeles.

FLETCHER

Supervisor Nathan Fletcher is the Chair of the San Diego County Board of Supervisors. He is a former California State Assemblymember who was recognized as one of California’s most effective legislators, passing more than 30 laws to expand health care coverage, protect homeowners during the foreclosure crisis, strengthen public safety and increase support services for veterans and the homeless. He authored Chelsea’s Law, strengthening penalties for violent crimes against children.

Shannon McGahn is the Chief Advocacy Officer for the National Association of REALTORS®. She is responsible for managing NAR’s Federal Legislative and Political Affairs and Political Representative teams. McGahn provides strategic advice on public policy issues impacting NAR and helps direct its Independent Expenditure and Public Advocacy programs. She brings with her nearly two decades of experience working with or for the legislative and executive branches of the U.S. government.

Dr. Jennifer Campbell is the City Council President of San Diego. She has a passion for citizen involvement and an activist sense of duty and dedication. She previously taught and practiced medicine for 37 years, and after moving to San Diego became an active member of the community. She has served on the executive boards of the San Diego Human Dignity Foundation, Clairemont Town Council, and San Diego County Democratic Party’s Central Committee.
