Learn from some of the best of the best in the real estate industry. Three of San Diego’s top-producing agents joined the program to share what it takes to thrive in today’s market. Panelists included:
Dan Conway (DRE# 01416672), Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty
All practitioners work with teams of varying sizes to support their clients. They also rely on different tactics to grow their brand, including prospecting, social media and referrals. But all panelists stressed the need to be kind, be reliable and to conduct business with the highest integrity.
Some comments from our panelists include:
The one thing that we really focus on as a team is how we can consistently deliver good information to our clients, especially in today's day and age because information is moving so quickly. – Richard Elias
Prospecting in my business is very important. It's something that I do on a daily basis. I do a minimum of two hours a day, 20 contacts, every single day. – Richard Elias
Our referral base is huge. We’ve had 6 and 7 homes from the same people… we think that has a lot to do with the integrity we shared with the people that we work with. – Dan Conway
I've really approached the team leadership as a partnership that no one works for me. Everyone works WITH me. We are individuals, partnered together. – Zandra Ulloa
At the end of the day, you have to have passion and you really have to love what you do. - Richard Elias
Whatever you aren't changing you’re choosing. – Zandra Ulloa
On Clients: They feel part of it and (we) make them a teammate. They feel a part of everything that we're going to do and they have a say in what we do. – Dan Conway
