On Wednesday, the South County Economic Development Council and the San Diego Association of REALTORS(R) hosted a bus tour for commercial and residential agents to see the development sites proposed in the Amazon HQ2 proposal. 

About 40 real estate professionals heard from the developers of the sites, Chesnut Properties, Meridian Development, Balwin & Sons, and HomeFed, who showcased the tremendous amount of development happening in East Chula Vista/Otay Ranch. 

Attendees were treated to a virtual reality demostration of what the land will look like in the next few years.
